DocuChain provides a digital ledger service for issuing and verifying documents via cryptographic hashing. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that any documents you upload for verification or issuance are either owned by you or you have the explicit legal right to process them.
By issuing a document on DocuChain, you understand that the cryptographic transaction recorded on the blockchain is permanent and immutable. It cannot be altered, modified, or deleted once confirmed.
As a beta project, the developers of DocuChain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
